Age Friendly Communities Development Officer – Intergenerational
£18,500 pa FTE / Contract until 31/3/2020
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an experienced team playing a key role in delivering an Age Friendly Island.
Building on the existing work, you will lead the intergenerational agenda for the Age Friendly Island project, playing a key role in delivering training, awareness raising and project development in schools and communities.
You will need:
- Experience of working with young people and volunteers
- Experience of delivering training to a range of agencies
- Knowledge of intergenerational community projects
- A passion for strengthening communities through bringing generations together
